Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or a packing slip, to process your return. Without a valid proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your return.

Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized by Opulentski before being shipped back. Please follow the steps detailed in section 2 below to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and specific return shipping instructions.

Shipping Responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns that are not tracked properly.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN): Once we receive your request, we will review it and, if eligible, issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will also provide you with specific instructions on how to package and ship the return. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response from our customer support team.

Step 3: Prepare and Ship the Return: Carefully package the item(s) to be returned, ensuring they are well-protected to avoid damage during shipping. Write the RAN clearly and legibly on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the return address provided in your return authorization email. Please note, packages returned without a valid RAN may be refused.
3. Refund Process

Inspection of Returned Items: Upon receiving your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the criteria outlined in Section 1. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned items do not meet these conditions.

Refund Approval: If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or we have made an error in shipping:

Software: Opened or downloaded software is not returnable due to copyright and licensing restrictions.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Perishable Goods: Perishable items (if any) are not eligible for returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

6. Restocking Fees

Restocking fees do not apply to items that are returned due to manufacturer’s defects or errors on our end.
